We will be repainting the white markings on the speed humps soon. We will do half of the speed hump at a time to ensure the paint has ample time to dry before being driven on. During this time, we will have the painted area marked, so please be alert and drive around, while also being courteous to oncoming traffic.
These are projects that are currently being discussed by the WOL HOA Board of Directors. Some of these projects will require input and voting from homeowners.
We have been advised that one of our four community septic fields is nearing its limit of capacity. This will require establishing a new septic field in an already predetermined location. Any assessments for this will only be applied to the lot owners who are deeded to the community septic.
There are areas of Longwood Drive where the road is beginning to erode. We will be obtaining cost estimates to repair.
